So, I originally wasn't going to do a post focusing on gold, but during my research, I discovered that it's definitely a hot trend for the season! I am in love with the idea of a gold pop somewhere in your outfit, but I would avoid LOADS of it at once... unless you are going to a fancy dress party dressed as a bauble or a disco ball!

So, today I am going to focus on one thing that will NEVER go out of fashion, the little black dress. This classic staple will always remain timeless in your collection, so I would say it is an essential for your capsule wardrobe. I have noticed that the LBD can be a little repetitive, so I have trawled the high street and picked out my top 5 (in no particular order) 'unconventional' little black dresses for this season.
